    The bag itself is a foam interior, so you don't need to worry about filling it. The basin can be filled with water or sand.

    Can you please give me a more detailed description of this product. The height. What exactly is the bag made from? Is it a vinyl covering and is it high density foam?

    Hey Ramon. The bag is 6 foot in height, and utilizes tough high density foam interior. The exterior is a durable vinyl, and the base can be filled with water or sand.

    The stem of the bag is a 'power reflex' style, which means the bag can flex slightly and spring back.

    How much does it weigh when filled?

    When filled this bag can weight between 200-275 lbs (depending on how much you fill and what you use to fill it with).

    Also the unit is 72" Tall (Bag Size: 58" x 16", Base Size: 14" x 26").
