This is an awsome mouthguard.  

Purchased the Youth Sparring Gear Set. This is for an adult. There should be an option for youth mouth guard. Although I am not sure I would use it... There are much better ones out there if you value you kids teeth.   

Something is just wrong with this mouthpiece. Had to purchase another at another location.

We din't care for the mouth piece. We were unable to get it to fit properly. The plastic just wasn't flexible enough.  

it came with the set. my daughter only used it for the match she was in, and she refuses to use it afterwards. it doesn't quite fit, even after putting it in hot water.  

Put in hot water as directed and they became all warped. They were very ill fitting and they had a very gritty texture. My son refused to wear them.

It's nice to have a cheap alternative. I bought these because of competition requirements in a generally non-contact traditional martial arts program. We require full sparring protection because accidental contact is not uncommon among lower ranks with less control. If you are involved in full-contact sparring, there are WAY better choices, but for my purpose these are great  

Your teeth are worth a better quality mouthguard. I ordered child small and medium gear and this adult size mouthguard was included. Although it can be cut, I returned it (unopened of course!) for a better quality, youth size.  

For my daughter its perfect and worth the money.

This is a good basic mouth guard for the right price.  

Great value for the money. They are a bit Large, but after some trimming, they can fit anyone.  

Simple and it works. Not a fan of dual tray, and this has lasted me a while.  

Our son, the mouth guard user, says this fits well. He likes the color.   

Mouth guard comes with the set, but they don't take into account the sizing of the gear you are purchasing. I purchased kids/youth gear and got an adult mouth guard.  

This mouth guard came with a sparring gear set...pretty much a freebie. Can't complain. Yes, it will need to be trimmed down for fit. Botched the first one or two when we first got them, but got the hang of molding them and sizing them. I had to cut them down with some sewing shears (very sharp) to avoid the rough edges. I was able to get the right fit for my once 5 year old and 7 year old. Once they got the hang of how to mold them they worked just fine. These are fine for adults and will still have to be modified, but you may want to pass if sizing for a younger child.

Gave this one a shot since it was such a bargain, but even after repeating the boiling water fit process 3 times, I can't get a good fit. It seems this mouthguard is just too big and thick for a woman's jaw size. I guess I'll have to try a youth model.   

When it comes to running a school, there always seems to be a need to have mouth guards available for quick purchase, or even to give away as a sign-on gift. These inexpensive mouth guards are a good, reliable option that you can afford to lose or throw out. I would say grab some, and if gym members want something better they can shop around a bit.

This is a very basic, beginner protector. Its better than none.  

I ordered a Macho Warrior sparring gear set and the set was awesome but the mouth guard sucks. I would definitely get a different mouth guard because I don't think this one will work very well!  

Mouth guard is sized ''youth'' and ''adult'' only. For kids that are not in their teens or have an exceptionally large mouth, the youth guard must be trimmed to fit. This leaves the once smooth, tapered edges thick & rough for a junior mouth. I'd rather buy a smaller one (off the shelf locally), rather than risk the ''no return'' online & have to hack it up like I did.
