The Harbinger Durafoam Mat is the perfect thickness and texture for Pilates practice. It provides more cushioning for joints than a yoga mat, which is important with all the repetitive movements and body alignments in Pilates. It's also easy to clean, carry and store between uses. I also incorporate it with resistance ball work, strength training and stretching. It is durable (still in great shape after 4 years) and reasonably priced.
