Purchased product and when we received out black belt certificate realized it was "portrait" not "landscape" so our certificate would not work on the plaque provided. Boxed everything up, spent money to ship back ... Received an email saying I could not be refunded money. Sent email asking why.. was told that I did not ship everything back. That Warehouse said i did not ship everything. That is a lie i packed it myself. Everything was sent back. Now I am out shipping $ to get it back to them and the cost of the item. Quite a little racquet they have going . Will never buy from this company again.   

I bought two of these for the kids. Yes, directions were a bit poor but anyone with basic "construction" knowledge can put it together. Took me about 10-15 minutes for each of them. Mounting circle screws were bent on the bottomw for the belts to attach to, one mounting screw for the plastic certificate cover broke while putting it through the plastic. Chain links for the belts were an "eh" design that seemed a little goofy. Plastic tape for the belts worked well. I bought this as a way for the kids to show off their acievements. The fir and finish of the plaque itself, stain was a little awful to smell but seems to be going away rather quickly. They are young and are very proud to have their belts shown with this. As for the 10 belts it holds, I see myself having to get another one in a few more months (maybe a year or two) to replace this with something of a better quality and nicer looks. As for the kids, they love it.  

Very dissapointed with this product. Directions are poor and quality of materials are very cheap. Would not recommend this product and wish I could get my money back.   

Martial Arts is based on being your best. The product does not reflect the quality of hard work. This item is from China. Poorly designed with little instructions.   

Both hooks on the plaque were bent. They broke off and had to replace them. The screws that hold the plastic cover on the plaque were weak and broke off when tightened a little harder. The tapes could not hold the belts on the plastic strips, so had to use glue.
A little frustrating to setup. Spent way more time than what was necessary. Could have engineered this better.  

The screws were too big and is difficult to screw through the plastic cover and into the wooden plaque. The hooks also were difficult hook the belt holders together. The small ''circle screws'' that were attached to the bottom of the plaque were bent and when I attempted to straighten them, one broke off. Extremely frustrating when it looked so good in the picture but difficult to put it together!
