Made with the BJJ competitor in mind, the Hyperfly is an excellent Gi. The jacket is lightweight, weighing 450 grams/sq. meter. Made from one piece of fabric, there is no seam in the back which cuts down on the chances of tearing over time. All seams have heavy reinforcements to make sure the Gi can handle the most intense sparring. Pants are also heavily reinforced at the seams. Do or Die has gone as far as replacing the crotch gusset with a 4-way stretch fabric. This stretch material alleviates any pressures on the seam and minimizes the possibility of the crotch seam fraying or bursting. The pants are constructed from 12 oz. drill cotton with double layer knee padding. At the waist, there's a stretchy rope drawstring and 6-point drawstring loop system.
