This target works great for practicing kicks with my son. The double version makes that great slapping sound to let him know he has made good contact with the arget. I would buy it again.  

I purchased these targets for my 5 year old son who is studying Tang Soo Do. They have worked great and have improved his speed and timing. He just loves pounding away on them. They are a great product and I would recommend them to anyone.
