How to Size and Select Martial Arts Chest Gear

I am looking for any paperwork that has the required step for steps to test all belt levels in Shotokan Karate. Also I would like to know what to expect for 1st and snd Dan tests. I am mainly interested in practice test sheets for each Kyu and Dan test. How and where can I get that information?
