We are always happy with the stuff that we get from Karate Depot. They save us money, when money is tied cause at the school my son gos to they won't on something 5 or 10 dollars more then what I can get it here for.   

The shoes were stuck together and it took 15 min. using a hairdryer to get the shoes apart. I was afraid they were gonna tear. The straps that go under the base of the toes will sometimes twist and can get uncomfortable. The padding offers great protection when kicking.  

Have used Macho products for over three years for son. Excellent equipment. This order came to us very quickly. In time for tournament. Thank You

Crap. All macho stuff is just pitiful. Laminated foam...really. I had bought shin protectors, gloves and kicks back when I trained in Karate and KukSoolWon, but didn't know any better. Now that I'm not sparring for points in nicely pressed Gis, and am fighting for submission / TKO, these just dont' cut it. They are inexpensive because they are cheap and don't offer real protection for anyone throwing full force strikes.
Spend the extra money and get proper gear. Your safety and that of your sparring partner is at stake.
FWIW, I didn't sell off my old gear...that's how bad it sucks, I just threw it out. Wouldn't give this junk to a stranger.  

Great quality for the money. Found sizing chart to be too small and needed to order larger size.  

Great product and fast delivery. Bought these for our 11 year old brown belt. He grows our of them before he destroys them. I am always amazed how fast delivery is; order on Sunday and it's on the doorstep by Tuesday/Wednesday.

Got these as part of a set for my husband. We spar once a week and they've worked well for about 2 months now. I'm sure they will hold for much longer as we have some others slightly different and they are holding strong. Yes, they are hard to slide on, but I hear baby powder works. Also try going to class in flip flops - I find the kicks are easier to put when your feet haven't been in shoes and socks. Padding provides great protection. I recommend buying in the set.  

My daughter is a very small 5 yr old. I was having trouble finding gear that would fit her. These were small enough that she was adequately protected but does not trip in them. I use baby powder to help them slide on easier...we keep a bottle in our gear bag...works great!!!!!!  

I wish the kicker's were easier to put on. My sons foot just doesn't slide in well.   

This product is exactly what I expected- the sizing charts are accurate and although I wish they were sturdier I have not yet found one that outlasts a kid that loves to spar.
