I bought these for teaching young children (ages 5-8). They're -excellent- in every way: good quality construction, comfortable to hold, good grip, etc. The only thing we needed to do was use a knife to cut away the small circular patches that were sewn in the middle of the target, because that was causing unnecessary chafing on the knuckles of the students. I can't understand why the manufacturer added those patches, but once they were removed, all was well (and the target wasn't harmed by doing so either). I highly recommend these hand targets.
