The sectioned staff is based on the principle of amplifying the striking power of a simple staff through the use of centrifugal force.

awesome in no time!

this is a great weapon for all starters. Its light but flexible, I would recommend this for practice and sparring use. also the speed and endurance of this weapon is great.

I have yet to find a better product available for it's purpose (learning three section staff without knocking yourself out.) The problem is it is a little too flexible. The plastic under the foam bends under the weapon's weight and makes it much more difficult to wield effectively.

Good for sparing

The foam three section staff is very light weight, almost to light. The staff is good for sparing or for beginners, although I wouldn't recomend striking solid objects (puching bags ect.). Anyhow it deserves 4 stars, get it if you plan on sparing.
