Save your money for a better swivel

Nothing but trouble. The bag is always getting knocked off the hook and the hook needs to be screwed into the ball every minute or so.

speedbag swivel

Very reasonably priced, quick delivery, and durable. Just what was needed at a Fairfax County rec center. Has been standing up to many hours of daily abuse.

Hard to do combinations! bag is either going left or right, barely any good rebounds with this swivel
