This is a great little gadget for home use. You can put in the number of rounds you would like to do in a workout. Rounds can be two or three minutes. You get time between rounds for other exercises or to get a drink of water. This gizmo solved my problem of timing my rounds.

Great for use in smaller gyms and for those on the move

This is an all-round great product. The sound is loud enough that it could carry through a small gym, and the available intervals and time lengths should be able to accomodate nearly any training schedule.

I think my favorite thing is probably the portability. Obviously, you can take it anywhere. I use it with my home set-up, take it to friends houses when we want to train, and even to the gym in case we need it there. For $20, this is probably one of the best training aids out there.

Everlast Ring Timer

This product is perfect!! it was just the perfect thing that i needed for my speed rope workouts and interval training..it even buzzes to let you know when there's a minute left. it even has rounds...i do recommend this product..yo won't regret it....

Everlast Timer

I love it! Was thinking about getting one of those big gym timers but a friend of mine told me it sounded like an alarm!:( So I opted for this 'small' timer but it's 'BIG' on sound. It's just perfect and easy to take around with you when especially if you do private sessions or just working out at a friends home. It's perfect! :)

Have one in the dojo

We have one of these in our karate school and its always been reliable. Really convenient for timing out sparring rounds. Has the basic functions you would want and an audible timer.
