came with "S" shape hooks. Image shows a different connection. Not a big deal as I went out and bought ones that clip closed inside. This is the type of item you can find and True Value or other hardware store. Keep in mind when setting up you own home gym and work out stations you're always customizing as you figure out what works and what sucks.

Save your money, it looks nothing like the picture, its a BUNGIE CORD They said well it kinda looks like the picture.

Dear Mr. Mac,

Hope you are well and progressing productively with your fitness goals. I hope you do not mind my commenting on your post. All I was going to say is that I thought these type of cables were supposed to be elastic and somewhat like bungee cords. I am just thinking that this characteristic would allow the bag to rapidly move back & forth and side to side, after being struck of course, while also serving the purpose of anchoring the bag in place. I can see your point about the closure, but my double end martial arts (heavy) bag came with s-hooks on the cables. I would only say that this is not uncommon as I have seen it, but believe me, I have not seen it all nor do I profess to have. Respectfully, Louis S.
