Floor fixture?

The product description says this bag has a floor fixture included. How does that work? Are there any pictures of what that looks like?

Hi Devin. Basically this item has a metallic ring on the bottom of the bag. That allows you to run a bungee from the bag to the floor. The bungee is not included, nor is the ability to attach it to the floor. You can drill your own hook or purchase an item like this: bx-hv-2109.

The point of all that is to create a double-end-bag effect where the bag bounces back and forth instead of swinging.

Please Clarify Filling: Foam? or Cloth?

Hi, I know you already answered that the bag is foam filled but another supplier has the same bag and they said it's cloth filled. So I just wanted to verify that the bag you supply is in fact foam filled, and NOT cloth filled.

Sorry to ask twice, but need to be sure before I spend that kind of money.

This bag is shredded textile filled. It is highly resistant and will toughen the shins over time.

24 yr old female, 125ish lbs, 5'4" less than 10% body fat, Certified Muay Thai Instructor, train 6 days a week-

I purchased this bag a couple weeks ago and I was hoping that off the review above mine, this bag was going to hold up at least a year for me. Here's my honest review. It looked beautiful in my garage prior to use. My first kick to the bag made a pretty big dent, it's still there! This bag is not made to kick in the same place more than once or to drill kicks for sure. The hook up is nice, but it looks like a lumpy bag that I have been beating the crap out of for years. After about 15 minutes of kicks, this bag has had enough unless I put most of my focus on low kicks where I am required to drop my level and kick closer to the bottom of the bag where it is very dense.
Overall, it's very flattering, but in the future I don't think that I would repurchase.

This bag is built to last, I can tell you that much. The guys at the gym beat the hell out of this thing and it hasnt broken yet. Can't get better than that.
