Full size Muay Thai heavy bag that is designed to take all variety of strikes. Perfect for the martial artist that wishes to train punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch type techniques.

Soft fill is covered with patented Powerhide material, making this bag one of the most durable on the market. The bag weighs appx 100 pounds and measures 15" x 72". This is a free-hanging bag.

This item cannot be shipped outside the United States or to AE,AA,AP,HI,AK.

Excellent bag

This bag is extremely well-made and very comfortable to work with. Keep in mind that you'll need plenty of height to hang it, though. Great for kicking drills.

If you're new to bag work, don't forget the hand wraps.

I've had lots of heavy bags over the years but this Muay Thai bag is the best!At first I wasn't sure on ordering it but I'm glad I did... I am very satisfied with the quality. It helps you so much more in your training routine than other regular heavy and standing bags cuz of its versatility in working on low, middle, high kicks, knees, elbows, etc. Awesome bag! Great Bag

I have worked with a lot of Thai bags over the years and let me say that at this price point this one can't be beat. Very well made, comfortable and good looking. I wasn't expecting too much for $160 shipped, but now I couldn't be happier.

Hi Griffin.

1.) Yes, it comes filled (100lb)
2.) Add this item to you cart and go to checkout. Before you have to submit payment you'll be presented with shipping costs and options.
3.) It comes with a chain assembly but not a swivel/hook to attack to your ceiling.

THe bag is ggod for all strikes and for ground work. The filling is a little soft for my taste. But overall it is a good bag for doing stand up and ground work.

Not for advanced kickers

If you are an advanced martial artist/Muay Thai boxer who has experience in kicking heavy bags and your shins are conditioned, don't buy this bag.
I bought it from Ringside and I was very disappointed. If I did not buy it online, it would definitely go back to the store. I would exchange it for something heavier and harder.

Con:
- It is very fluffy.
- The inside of the bag is not well packed.
- Very light. It moves all over the place when I kick it.

Pro:
- The outside is very soft.
- It looks nice.

This bag or Regular heavy bag

I want to train my punches and kicks, what would you recommend? This bag seems nice to practice kick strikes in all locations, but is the weight centered enough to have enough resistance against heavy combo training?

Due to the length of this bag you will get some bobble and swing when you hit it. But it also weighs 100 pounds which is a very respectable weight.

I think you'll get the resistance you want.

do you sell just the leather shell unfilled?

Not precisely jun but we do offer this: bx-hv-692. It's a foam/water combo design that comes unfilled. You could fill it up with whatever you want essentially, but be aware that's it's not the exact same thing as a pure leather shell.

This Muay Thai heavy bag is outstanding. I have always had four foot
bags and am amazed with how much more this six foot bag adds to my
training routine. Low kicks, knees, etc. Excellent quality. I am 100 percent satisfied with this bag. Its great.
