how to use?

Hello,
I'm one of people of travels alot in the country... and having such item in the markets is a great thing... but can anyone explain to me how this tool works? or provide some images showing that?

Basically it is an addition to a heavy bag setup. As you know, heavy bags hang via chain and attachment either to your ceiling or to an independent bag stand. This product works in conjunction with that.

To operate a double ended bag you need not only that ceiling hook but also a hook in the ground. Some people don't want to (or can't) drill for that. If you fill this base with water or sand, it essentially acts as that second hook and stays in place due to it's weight. Very portable and convenient, but you do still have to have access to a ceiling hook or independent bag stand.

Super Useful

This was a great idea by everlast. I've never owned a double end bag stand and didn't like the idea of drilling into my floor. With proper weighting this product turned my normal workout station into a double side ready station.
