Sorry we do not. Promex tends to make their bags color specific as the size changes, and small bags are red.

1st actual speed bag

This speed bag is pretty awesome except the strap that connects to the swivel is very wide (for my swivel) also after a month or so of good use(2-3x/day on 15-30 min avg) needs a "bit" of air added to it. The bag holds great rhythm is easy on the hands with or without wraps/gloves even the stitches are not bad. I got the red bag and someone who has not used a speed bag in over 5 yrs it was very easy to use the small one.

i wore out my first promex bag and it was great.
my new one is not symetrical ....its a little lop sided.

Bag size question

My husband used to train and box when he was a pre-teen/teenager, he is now 30 and looking to do some boxing exercises at home to get back in shape. I was just wondering what size speed bag I should get him. Thank you!

Hi Veronica. Since he is just getting back into it I would recommend going with the Medium. It will be a little easier to get moving with rhythm.

Beginner

I have a son that is 11 years old and just beginning. Would the Medium size speed bag be most appropriate for him?

The medium would provide the largest sweet spot, meaning it would be easier for him to hit. It will require a little more arm power to keep going though.

Is there a proper way to lace a bag?

I have an 8" x 5" TITLE speed bag and I'm replacing the laces. Is there a "proper" lacing procedure or just tie it like a shoe and get back to work?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Mr. Brooks. The tying method isn't as important as making sure you tuck the ends of the laces in securely at the top. Otherwise you can a typical cross pattern, etc.

is there a recommended "best brand"- have gone through 3 everlast xs speedbags. IS there a more durable bag?

Hi stu. There is no consensus on the matter, but the Kangaroo bag is frequently cited as one of the most durable and reliable bags on the market - bx-sb-804. Eventually I bet you'll find the perfect bag for you, but if I had to recommend one it would be the kangaroo.
