The Grant cup quality is excellent. Nice design and easy to put on. Only negative thing is the cup part is small. So you cant wear it over shorts or pants. It doesnt cover your genitals, only if you put it on under your shorts.  

At first glance this item seems a little pricey, and it is. But the quality of the design and the materials used is top notch. This model is extremely light and provides an excellent amount of mobility. These bigger groin and ab protectors can be a bit inhibiting at times, and this design doesn't suffer from much of that. It is also very protective - hard shell jock cups provide good protection too, but sometimes you need to cover a little more area. THis area style protector has that covered as well.
