you could probably fit large, but xl might be the most comfortable for you.

These are my favorite Scramble spat to date. I ordered a small and i'm 5'6" 140 with atheletic built. The length was perfect but if you're 143 or above, i recommend getting a MEDIUM

AWESOME Spats and customer service! Ordered a small, I'm 5'4" and 130lbs. Everything is perfect! Tried it for the first time and never want to take it off again. If ever goes on sale at BJJHQ will get another one :)

I wear a size 30. I have the rainbow scramble tight in a size medium. They fit fine. Do these fit the same???

Le Quack - you can go with either medium or large. If you have thick legs, go large. Skinny legs, go medium. Height doesn't matter as much.
