No. If you are wearing this headgear, no opponent can knock you down with 10 oz gloves. They bounce off as though you were being hit with party balloons.

Unfortunately, it is completely ineffective against opponents wearing 12 oz gloves.

So smaller gloves give you a more powerful punch because they have less padding ie 10 oz but larger gloves with more padding ie 12oz damage u more with this headgear on u say haha
