Sizing

I'm not too sure on what size will be best for me.
How should I measure and then how can I find out the sizing of each Adidas size?

It is for sparring headgear but can be used to understand the sizing process for boxing headgear as well.

sizing

i have a 7 1/8 - 7 1/4 size head for baseball hats... what would be the best size for this headgear?

Hi pnisher. 7 1/8 is the top end of Medium and 7 1/4 is the lower end of large. As such, I think it would be your safest bet to go large.
