I had to return this item. It was much too large, and the straps didn't allow enough adjustment. (I am 5'11", and 130 pounds) In my experience, if a weight vest doesn't fit snug enough it moves around a lot while your walking, making it unusable.
I have also heard that people have had problems with the product tearing up.
If you're a large guy, you'll probably be fine size-wise. If not, choose something else.
ALSO, while shipping is free, RETURN shipping is not. That said, while there were a few hiccups, the staff was helpful in processing my return.
