How to use it when NOT in Kung-Fu
Im not in Kung-Fu karate but in Kuk Sool Won how would i be able to improve = hand/eye coordination while strengthening and toughening your fingers and hands

Hi, Lu.
It's true that the Kime Bag is used primarily by people who practice Kung Fu, but it is really used by all martial artists. If you use it as instructed, it will improve hand-eye coordination as well as strengthen your fingers and hands - just like it would for Kung Fu practitioners.
If you want more a more detailed demonstration or how to use this bag, it might be helpful to ask your instructor. An instructor would also know if there are specific exercises you should do with the bag that would be particularly relevant to Kuk Sool Won.
