That tends to vary on a school to school basis Karen. In general though it is white-yellow-green-brown-black.

In the Parker-Planas Lineage of Kenpo Karate the ranking is as follows:

White, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Blue, Green, First Brown, Second Brown, Third Brown, Black 1-10

In traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:

White, Blue, Purple, Brown, Black

Sorry to say that these are a discontinued item! Right now we only have the green. But yes, they do wrap around the belt and are similar to electrical tape.

They will fit 1.5" - 2" wide belts.
