Durable 550 gram Pearl Weave jacket and pants gusset
Lightweight but sturdy 12 oz. ripstop pants
White trim and highlights
Includes a custom bag big enough to fit your Gi and other gear

Quality BJJ kimono from start to finish. Sturdy 550 gsm Pearl Weave jacket with 12 oz. ripstop pants. Crotch gusset is also Pearl Weave for maximum flexibility and durability. Improved pants loop system, featuring a guide to keep the drawstring from riding up the Gi pants.

All seams have strong reinforcements, with white highlights on the elastic rope drawstring, jacket vents and pants. Mouth piece or IBJJF ID card pocket inside the pants waist. The jacket skirt and pants/sleeves cuffs have a custom "Panda" ribbon.

I was looking for the literal weight. Trying to decide on a competition gi, but I don't want anything that is too heavy. :)

I don't have that number for you, but I know 550 is typical for single weave. If you're looking for something very light weight you should shop for around 450 grams.

I think the A3 could work well, but might be at risk of shrinking too much if you do hot wash and spin dry. In that case, you might want to go with the A4 and shrink it intentionally.

Hi,

I'm 6'6" and 200LBs. Is the A3 slim the right size for me? I have tried on a Venum A4 which was way too big around the waist for me.

Going to be a close call due to your height, but I say go for it. I'm an inch out of the A2 Tall/Slim range, but it still fits me well.
As long as you buy from us, there's no risk anyway :) Even if it fits at first and then shrinks to become too short, you can return it to us at no charge to yourself (within 60 days of purchase).

Is there a big difference btwn sizes A0 and A0 slim? Which one should I go with if it's for a female at about 5'2" and about 130 lbs..Would it shrink a lot after a cold wash?

Yes I think the A2H would probably be your best bet. If you get it and decide the size doesn't quite work, let us know and we can arrange an exchange. Just make sure not to wash it if you intend to exchange it. Thanks for the question!

Hi Jesse. Maybe, although you wouldn't be able to risk any shrinking in the wash. A2 T/S would provide a little space for shrinking.

Got this for my boyfriend. He really likes it.

Pros-
Comfortable
Attractive (loves the panda)
Fits really well (pants put in dryer and kimono air dry only)
Sturdy

-Con
Even with air dry only the collar warped a little. Just has a slight wave. Not too noticeable, but somewhat irksome.
