gi size

6 1 375 pounds what size gi for akido

I'd say a size 6 for height, but perhaps go up to a 7 to be comfortable weight-wise. You can then cuff the pant legs and sleeves.

Tonfa Sizing video

I noticed a tonfa sizing and selection video, but there appears to be a problem with accessing it. I was wondering if you'd be willing to re-up the video.

If possible, that would be very helpful.
