Loose fitting

Elite Muay Thai Power Shield

The cost for these pads is hard to pass up. The major down side, which you cannot see in the pictures, is that the handle is not secured. The forearm loop is also loose fitting and non-adjustable. This allows the pad to flop around in your hands. The pad is a great size and does a great job of absorbing the impact. However, because of the excess movement in the handle, the holder often has their hands slapped together or the pad will shift up the forearm and threatens the holder's face. They are okay for children and will do the job for punches and elbows, but they are not recommended for serious athletes with powerful roundhouse kicks.

Good Glove, poor finger loop design.

Combat Sports MMA Gloves

This looked like what I wanted. A glove that provides good protection for bag work with an open hand so I can grab. However, the loop for the pinky finger is not designed correctly. It holds the little finger up above the rest of the fingers. I cannot close my hand correctly. This is just asking for a broken finger. The glove is great, the finger loops are not. I tried using the gloves without using the pinky loop. This works okay, but it feels like my pinky is still asking to be broken.
