Lisa Tuzon, the chief instructor for Tuzon?s ATA Martial Arts in Livermore, Senior certified instructor, and 2011 World Champion in Combat Weapons Sparring. Ms. Tuzon is a 4th Degree Black Belt with 14 years of martial arts experience and over 10 years of experience teaching Songahm Taekwondo in Arizona, Wisconsin, and California.She has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from California State University East Bay. Prior to pursuing her passion of martial arts instruction, Ms. Tuzon worked as an internal investigator for private corporate businesses in the East Bay.Miss Tuzon also worked as a special needs Para-professional. She used her training to develop the Special Abilities program at Master Schreiber?s ATA Martial Arts to offer martial arts training to children with mild to moderate behavioral disorders and autism.Ms. Tuzon and Tuzon?s ATA Martial Arts works with Team PRIDE, an organization dedicated to preventing juvenile delinquency and promoting education by extending the benefits of martial arts instruction to low-income at-risk children nationwide.
