I don't recommend this product! It is a stick, (short stick, escrima, cali)but it's not as good as it looks! The diameter is not continuous, they vary to much. Between the 2 that I purchased one is satisfactory but the other is not!! They do not have a good clear coat finish and one is VERY rough in feel, texture, rough in places, with a small crack on one end. It's cheaper and better to purchase sticks or dowels (cheaper) from a lumber yard.
