First off, if the pants fit, I would love them. The value is nice, the knee support is good, but I weigh a little over 150, am 5'7 and have a 32" waist. Based on a Q&A of someone with an almost identical build, Karate Depot suggested a size 4 as the waist will cinch up. When I put on the pants, I have to pull the string and cinch the pants up the maximum amount which means they are bunched in the back. If you fit the sizing, they are awesome, I just wish the offered longer length for us size 3 (in terms of weight and waist) people.
