i wear about size 32 pant, and A1 belt is great size for me. Belt is still long enough and still give you a good length of 6-7 inch tail on both end. Cold wash and hand dry. Great quality, but will see how long this bad boy will hold up.   

So, I am 5'10" about 155-160lb. Average built. and A1L fit me perfect. Out of the bag, the gi was super big, the sleeve was maybe about 2-3 inch to long from my wrist but after a 2 warm washes and about 30-45 min in the dryer *warm* fit me super real nice! Cold wash and hand dry afterward and you're good to go! Gi is also Comp Legal. Great product, and will future customer for 93 brand gi!
