I am 6'2" and was 245lbs when I bought this roughly 8 weeks ago. I have since lost 20lbs through BJJ, god damn I am addicted now! Sorry, I digress, I purchased A4 size and even though there is a little shrinkage, I feel I should have purchased the size smaller. I have washed it at least twice a week and the sleeves still sit at the middle of the back of my hand and the pants scuff the floor a little.
