I got these for practice

I got these for practice. I have no formal Nunchuck training but i became ok at using these with a training aid. These Nunchucks are ok for what they are meant for in my opinion, cheap training.

Don't waste your money.

Got these in for my son's birthday. Opened them up and they looked like a toy from the Dollar Store. I called customer service to only be told I would have to pay to ship them back, then be investing even more money into junk. Through them away and went and bought him some at a local Martial Arts supplier. My last time of doing business with Karate Depot.

Hi Chris. Sorry we let you down on this one. In this situation the shipping cost would probably be higher than the low cost of the item.

We do our best to offer low shipping costs (2.95 on orders) but aren't capable of absorbing the return shipping as well.

Perfect for 5-8 year olds

These are VERY short. The rope is very short, the sticks are very short. If you use the space 'tween handles as a gauge (lay rope on palm, let sticks dangle either side of hand), then these are great for little hands. My 8 year old loves his, but if he gets much bigger, they'll be too small for him.

Great for kids!

My 5 year old loves it. He can practice his nunchucks and not get hurt by it. Great product.

My 5 year old wants to learn nunchucks like his brothers so I got these for their safety. He thinks he's a big boy too.

very light

These are very safe for kids! thick foam provides nice protection for any begginer. These last a long time if your careful. The only problems with them are, 1) they are too light to spin fast enough for neck or leg spins 2) the cord rubs up against pvc and wears away (I've never broken thru the cord though 3) they build a worthless confidence after a while that means nothing when you eventually get real ones 4) the foam is bouncy it bounces right off your palm, where as the wood ones smack your palm and stay there (for the most part) these just bounce and spring off your fingers and hands making it hard to catch and have a good grip on and 5) you cant hurt anyone
