Hi Neil. Buy her bag gloves like this" bx-bg-326, I recommend the medium size unless she has larger than average hands.

This kind of glove will protect her knuckles and wrists during training.

I own a pair of these everlast quickwraps. They are well constructed and feel nice on my hands, but the only downside is they are bulky. I have a hard time slipping my hands into my boxing gloves with these on. I own a pair of the fairtex 16oz sparring gloves and the Ringside IMF 16oz sparring gloves. All in all they are a great pair of quick wraps.
