It's a junior size, but I know that isn't as descriptive as you might like. These generally fit 8-10 year olds well.

Hi Mindy, either brand would actually be ok for your twins. They are both well sized for 8 year olds and will hold up to punishment. If you want maybe you can get one of both so they both feel special, haha.

In regards to punching bags, we do have the inflatable punch tower: tr-bg-40. This is a lot of fun for kids, but is more of a toy than a training tool. If you want the kids to eventually develop good punching, this might not be the option.

One interesting solution is going with a water-fill heavy bag like this: bx-hv-655 or this: bx-hv-656. You can start by filling it up halfway, and then as they get older and stronger just keep filling it up more to increase resistance.

That all depends on the size and skill of the boxer. I would say, as a rough guess, 11 or 12 maybe.
