I'm not a boxer by any means. I'm much more into weight training and bodybuilding but I used to love to hit the double ended bag at my old gym. I got to be pretty good at it and would use it as my cardio workout after weight training especially on my chest or shoulder days to really finish them off. That gym closed several years ago and I've really been missing that bag. I ordered the 7 inch which is smaller than I'm used to and a bit challenging for me but I think it's the perfect size as I improve. Made my own portable weighted bottom bag attachment out of a $1 2 gallon bucket and $2 worth of concrete with an eye bolt cemented in place which works awesome and doesn't move at all. Build quality of the bag is great and the leather is very soft. The price at boxing depot was cheaper than anywhere else especially when you factor in shipping. Can't wait to place another order. I think cuz the 2 rubberbands...i just got mines today, and installed it...i love it...the one i took down only had 1 end that stretched, the other end was a nylon adjustable strap...it was a 9 inch Everlast red ball...it seemed too easy to hit and predict, plus you couldnt hit it too hard cuz the nylon doesnt give...but this one you cant seem to hit it hard enuff that the rubberbands to take it...Im very happy with this item and glad i bought it...and the black and white contrast seem to add to the difficulty...

If you can punch these bags with good rhythm and timing you can really get the speed going. This bag will definitely test your reactions and keep you on your toes during your workout. It's a great addition to heavy bag training.
