I ordered this product thinking there would be ONE in the package.
There are TWO in the package. This is good quiality and feels great.
And what a surprise getting two.
What I like is how high the guard gose up on the leg, most of the products I have bought in the past don't go up high enough, this one dose.
GOOD PRODUCT.

Help with arch support

I have been having some problems with Plantar fasciitis and could use a product that provides support for my arches during karate practice. Does this product provide any arch support?

Hey lonewolfe. The point of this product is more about ankle support than arch support. You may actually have to go with a sort of dojo shoe to get what you need.

Ankle Support

I ordered this because of an injury to my ankle; the one I bought at the store was to short. This is nice because it is higher on the leg about four inches and really gives good support. I ordered black I wish I would have ordered Red so other students would see it and be careful not to hit it or step on it, Also when you receive it there are TWO one for each foot Right and Left and their cut different to fit Right and Left They are also made well plenty of support.
