Pros
-Good Protection
-Nice Helmet/Face Guard
-Gloves and Boots a bit above average
-Nice body protection
Cons
-Had issues with keeping all items secured. Helmet has easily pulled off during clinching/grappling. Gloves are a bit loose to.
Body protection fasteners have broke.
-bulky body protection
-below average mouth guard.

Overall a good product which I used in an MMA setting which is why I am sure I had issues mentioned in the cons section. I am sure for regular karate type stuff it is fine. I would recommend.
