Solid glove construction. The 16oz glove is more of a Thai Style glove. Goes further down the forearm which is great for Muay thai. With hand wraps underneath it is a nice snug fit but not too tight.   

These are my favorite focus mitts. As a coach I use these every day. When I'm not using them my students fight over them.  

Probably the worst invention ever. First, all 4 bags I ordered were covered in mold. 2nd, it just plain DOES NOT WORK AT ALL for double end bags. becasue the top of the anchor moves, it causes the double end bag itself to stop bouncing reguardless of how tight the bands are.

DO NOT BUY.  

I wish it came in heavier sizes, but a great training tool. Some minor flaking, but overall seems very durable.  

Great looking rashguard. Really nice. Thin, so not to heavy in hot weather. Stays in place well.
