Hi William. To upload a patch design you first go to the product page you are interested in, such as this one: https://www.zengu.com/un-jj-7082.html. After that you click on the red , and then click 'upload a new patch'. From there you click on 'upload a new patch", and then select the image you want via the browse button. Click 'upload' to save it. The format you'll want is .jpeg. Go back to the item page and select your desired patch from the dropdown menus.
