Door Frame Strength

My door frames are pretty wimpy. They definitely can not hold my body weight (180) with fingertip pull-ups. Will the Door Gym reinforce my door frame's strength enough to properly exercise?

Hey Brett - I can't say for certain if your door frames will be fine since I'm not sure just how wimpy they are. That being said - the door gym's stress tends to press inward from both sides on the doorframe rather than hanging from the top frame. Therefore, not a lot of weight is actually on pure hang.
