93 Brand x Meerkatsu "Mandrill" Jiu Jitsu Gi
This item is not currently available for purchase.
  • Reliable pearl weave fabric
  • Canvas cotton pants
  • Exclusive Meerkatsu designs
  • Yellow trim and highlights for a bold contrast
  • Comfortable knee padding with added length
  • Mandrill Patch is included but not sewn on

93 Brand has really impressed us with their first release, the Goose, and the hits keep coming. This next Gi, the Mandrill, features designs and artwork by renowned BJJ artist Meerkatsu. A balanced combination of quality fabrics and original artwork makes this a unique Gi for your collection.

The jacket is made from a 550gms pearl weave with yellow trim that pops nicely against the black finish. Pants are made of a cotton canvas with the stretchy style cord drawstring for easier tying and untying. Thorough knee reinforcements extend to the bottom hem to ensure long lasting padding that stays over your knees thanks to the added length.

There is a woven Mandrill patch that is included, but not sewn on. Sew it on where you want or leave it off, it's up to you.

Hi Markus. This was one of our more specialty models and had a smaller run. We hope to restock it in the future but do not have a set date for that.

Size

I'm 5'8 at 155 I have a Tao size A2 and after it was washed it fit like a glove. The A2 is not available...is it going to be available in the near future or would ordering the A1 be the way to go. I always wash the Gi in cold water and hang it to dry.

I think the A1 would definitely fit so long as you did the cold wash. If you order it and the size just doesn't jive you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund (just don't wash it in that case).
